Dear Comrade Sukomal Sen

Kindly refer to the decision of the National convention held on 13 th to jointly organize convention at all State Capital as part of the campaign fortnight between 10th and 25th September, 2007.  We give a tentative proposal for such a campaign programme.   You may kindly go through the same.  You may suggest changes needed in this tentative programme.  Since the programme has to be within the time frame between 10 th and 25th, there is little room left.  On receipt of your reply, I shall discuss the matter again with our comrades and shall finalize the programme.

            With greetings,

            Yours fraternally,

KKN Kutty.
