Sub: Temporary transfer case of Shri Gurprit Singh,
Secretary General, DMI Employees Association & All India Organising
Secretary, Confederation of Central
Government Employees & Workers.
It is reported that Shri Gurprit Singh, Junior Chemist,
Central Agmark Laboratory, Nagpur, who is the Secretary General of DMI Employees Association and also the All
India Organising Secretary of Confederation of Central Government
Employees & Workers (CHQ), has been transferred to RAI, Bhopal, initially for three months or
till further orders. As per the existing orders of the Government of
India, the Chief Executives of recognised Associations are generally exempted
from transfer from their headquarters.
The Headquarters of DMI Employees Association is Nagpur.
In view of the above, I request your kind
intervention in this case, so that the transfer of Shri Gurprit Singh,
will be reviewed and cancelled.
A line in reply from your end will be highly appreciated.
